Delete your Kaukaz Partner account

Inside the app

  1. Sign in to your driver account.
  2. Open Settings → Security and login.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

The account is locked immediately and the deletion process begins.

Without access to the app

Email caucasusgroup@kaukazpartner.pl from the address associated with your account. Include your driver ID or registered phone number. We may request identity verification before processing.

What is deleted

Authentication access and personal profile/contact data are removed or anonymised. Uploaded personal documents and support content are reviewed for deletion. Processing is normally completed within 30 days.

What may be retained

Accounting, tax, invoice, settlement, fraud-prevention and other records required by Polish or EU law may be retained for the legally required period and access remains restricted.

PL: Usuń konto w aplikacji: Ustawienia → Bezpieczeństwo i logowanie → Usuń konto. Jeżeli nie masz dostępu do aplikacji, wyślij wniosek z zarejestrowanego adresu na caucasusgroup@kaukazpartner.pl. Dane wymagane przez przepisy księgowe lub podatkowe mogą być przechowywane przez wymagany okres.
